08 December 2015 - The Philippine Embassy in Moscow joined the International Women’s Club (IWC) of Moscow Winter Bazaar 2015 held at the Radisson Slavyanskaya Hotel on November 28. 

This year’s Winter Bazaar gathered together 55 diplomatic missions in Moscow in the spirit of international friendship, solidarity, and cultural exchange. The Embassy, under the leadership of Madame Maria Consuelo Sorreta, promoted Filipino products including pearl accessories and handicrafts as well as dried goods such as Tsaa Laya teas and 7D mango products.

The Winter Bazaar is the IWC’s largest annual charity fundraiser and cultural event featuring the diverse cultural products and artistic traditions of participating countries. This one-day fair is one of Moscow’s most-awaited winter cultural events attracting thousands of visitors, both expats and locals, the press, volunteers, and local sponsors. END
