PAYMENT METHODS
A. Cash
- Pay only in US dollars.
- Bills printed before the year 2004 will not be honored.
- Bills with any markings, signs of tampering or any tear or other damage will not be honored.
B. Bank Transfer
- Transfer must be done via a US dollar account.
- It is the client's responsibility to ensure that payment via bank transfer is possible with his/her bank, to supply any requirements that his/her bank imposes prior to the transfer of funds to Russia, and that the bank transfer has been executed successfully.
- Bills with any markings, signs of tampering or any tear or other damage will not be honored.
- Processing of the document will only commence after the payment has been verified by Embassy's bank, VTB (Russian bank).
