Filipino Nationals in the Russian Federation can obtain their Embassy IDs and be counted among Overseas Filipinos living and working in Russia.

The requirements are as follows:

·         Duly accomplished registration form (available in this website or at the Embassy)

·         Two (2) colored, passport-size photos

·         Photocopy of details of valid passport

·         Photocopy of latest visa page

·         Old registration card (if applicable)
