AUTHENTICATION
With the Philippines’ accession to the Apostille Convention becoming effective on May 14, 2019, authentication services between the Philippines and state-parties to the Convention (including Russia, Armenia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan) will no longer be necessary for public documents such as Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate, Death Certificate and School Records. These should be notarized and then Apostilled by the competent authority of the host country.
