14 May 2015 – The Philippine Embassy in Moscow hosted the Social Security Services (SSS) and Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) briefing and on-site services for Overseas Filipinos in Russia held at the Embassy of the Philippines from May 08 to 10. 

The SSS delegation was composed of SSS Manila Foreign Branch expansion and Monitoring Department Manager Atty. Sylvette C. Sybico, and SSS Foreign Representative in Abu Dhabi Danilo Q. Calape. Philippine Welfare Officer in London Esperanza C. Cobarrubias, represented OWWA.

For three days, around 735 Filipinos availed of the SSS and OWWA services, which include new and renewal of membership for OWWA as well as updating of information and payment of contribution for SSS.

Along with the SSS and OWWA on-site services, the Embassy also arranged for access to overseas voters registration. END
