MOSCOW 02 March 2021 – The Philippine Embassy in Moscow, in close coordination with the Department of Foreign Affairs – Office of Migrant Workers’ Affairs (DFA-OUMWA), repatriated five distressed Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) who left Russia on 27 February 2021 and arrived in Manila today, 01 March 2021.
