OSCOW 07 September 2018 – The Philippine Embassy in Moscow said that Department of Science and Technology (DOST) finalized a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Russia’s State Corporation for Space Activities (ROSCOSMOS) on cooperation on the peaceful use and exploration of outer space, on 27 August 2018.
