26 September 2017 MOSCOW - Discussions on the possible transfer of Russian military supplies and equipment continued with the meeting between Philippine Ambassador to Moscow Carlos D. Sorreta and Mr. Sergey Bugakov, Head of the First Directorate for Military-Technical Cooperation with Foreign States of the Federal Service for Military Technical Cooperation (FSMTC), Mr. Valery Orel of the FSMTC and Third Secretary Jeffrey Valdez on September 18 at the Philippine Embassy in Moscow.
