10 April 2017 MOSCOW — Philippine Embassy officials in Moscow on April 06 joined the Russian people in mourning the victims of the St. Petersburg bombing by offering flowers at the memorial marker representing Leningrad (St. Petersburg) along the Kremlin wall. Over 50,000 people gathered on Moscow’s Manezhnaya Square, near the Leningrad marker, to honor the victims of this tragic event.
