05 June 2014 – Philippine Ambassador to the Russian Federation Alejandro B. Mosquera hosted a reception at his residence in honor of the visiting business delegation from the Federation of Electrical and Electronics Suppliers and Manufactures of the Philippines, Inc. (PESA Philippines) on June 02.

The reception was the culminating activity of the visit of the 18-person PESA Philippines delegation to Russia wherein linkages between the biggest electrical companies in the Philippines and their Russian counterparts were established.

The reception was attended by officials from various Russian business associations and electrical companies who have expressed their desire to engage the Philippine economy, particularly the booming electrical and electronics sector.

Present during the reception were officials of Russia-Asia Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RAUIE), Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI), Russian Association of Electrical Companies (RAEC), International Cablemakers and Cable Equipment Producers Association (Intercable), Russian-Philippine Business Council (RPBC) and the European Union (EU) Mission to the Russian Federation.
